‘I make men take an IQ test – if they don’t pass, I ditch them’

Candice Kloss

As a Mensa member who once married a very pleasant fellow Mensa member, I think I am in a good position to comment on this report. And the first thing that surprises me is that she needs test results to gauge IQ.

My Mensa wife

I have had relationships with many women over the years and I know very soon after having met one whether she is bright enough. I ask her if she has a favourite piece of music by J.S. Bach. If she is completely flummoxed by that question, I know she is very unlikely to be satisfactory to me.

Mind you, if she says she prefers the music of Palestrina that answer is even better.

Having a bright partner can have some problems, however. Zoe, my present girlfriend, is clearly very bright. And it means that I cannot ever put one over her for long. I never lie to women but I do not always give all the information I could. That does not wash with Zoe. She draws correct conclusions about me amazingly quickly

An interesting footmote: High IQ people tend to be better looking as well as bright. Candice Kloss above is an example of that. Zoe is too.

New Yorker Candice Kloss – who hit the headlines last year after revealing men find her intelligence “intimidating” – has shared the extreme lengths she is willing to go to in order to find “Mr Right”, The Sun reports.

She gives prospective partners a written IQ test to take on their first date.

The model, who has 109,000 followers on Instagram, doesn’t want to “waste her time” with “idiots”.

“I want to make sure that it’s worth it to go on a second date with them,” Candice, who has been a member of Mensa since she was 17, told Jam Press.

“There are a lot of men that are attractive but if they aren’t intelligent it takes away from good looks. “How can you enjoy time with someone if you can’t connect over conversation?”

Those who pass will still have to stay on their A-game, as the model expects them to stay up-to-date on current affairs and be able to entertain her with their knowledge of maths, finance and science.

“Some people don’t care to keep up with current events, which can be a turn-off,” she said. “It’s attractive if someone picks up on things quickly, as well as emotional intelligence and a quick wit.

“Behavioural economics is my favourite topic, but it’s a lot of fun to hear anyone talk about something they’re experienced [with] and enthusiastic about.

“Growing up, I was a huge science and math nerd and still love maths.”

The college dropout is nearly considered a “genius” by Mensa standards.

According to the IQ scale, a score of 120-140 is classed as “very superior intelligence” – whereas anything over 140 is considered a “genius”.

Candice falls just short of the latter, at 136, and is in the top 2 per cent of the population for intelligence.

So, what IQ number do men need to date her?

“They need to be above average on the scale,” she said. “You don’t have to be a math whiz but you should be able to hold a conversation and be exceptionally smart in at least one subject.

“I’m attracted to intelligent (book-smart but also street-smart) men who have a good sense of humour, and are adventurous, straightforward and fun.”

Candice is often “underestimated” by men who assume she’s stupid because of her looks and modelling career.

But, she says it doesn’t bother her – in fact, she uses it to her advantage. “It’s better to be underestimated at first – I love to prove men wrong,” she previously told Jam Press.

Ongoing Bathroom Wars Challenge Concepts of Equality and Discrimination

Some families in Oklahoma have found themselves bracing for the ongoing culture wars over public school bathroom facilities and the transgender movement—culture wars that have challenged the concepts of equality and discrimination.

Parents of young girls at Stillwater Middle School are disturbed that their preteen and teenage daughters are being forced to share a bathroom with a biological male who identifies as a girl.

Riley Flack is a father of three daughters. His eldest attends Stillwater. He told Fox News Digital that “a lot of people like to make it a different issue than it is and make it a bigger subject,” but that the issue is clearly that there is a boy that is being allowed in his daughter’s public school bathroom.

Pointing to the recent sexual assault cases in schools in Loudoun County, Virginia, Flack said that “there is zero reason why a boy should be allowed in the girls bathroom in a public school setting, especially at the grade of six, at 12 years old.” He said policies that allow this increase “the risk of an issue in a bathroom with an assault or otherwise.”

Parents in Stillwater are angry and have banded together and created StillwaterParents.org, a website that calls on Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt and the state Legislature to create “a law stating that biological males have no right to access locker rooms, bathrooms, or any other intimate space reserved for biological females.”

Oklahoma’s superintendent of public instruction, Joy Hofmeister, told the Stillwater school district that “legal precedent has addressed the need for equal access, including facilities,” referring presumably to court cases involving President Joe Biden’s transgender-friendly policies. Hofmeister is a former Republican, now a declared Democrat, currently running for governor against Republican Stitt.

Flack blamed Biden’s policy for trickling down to his daughter’s middle school and upending her right to privacy and safety while using the restroom.

“I mean, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out what sort of issues might come of a certain policy like this,” he told Fox News Digital.

One of the first things Biden did in office was to sign an executive order proclaiming, “Children should be able to learn without worrying about whether they will be denied access to the restroom, the locker room, or school sports.”

Stitt has sided with parents and girls and echoed Flack’s concerns. He told Fox News Digital, “The Biden administration’s attempt to indoctrinate our young people with radical ideas about gender and sex is risking the safety of young girls and I will not allow it in Oklahoma.”

As a father, Flack raises salient points with which most reasonable parents would agree. First and foremost, the concept of gender identity as fluid and moldable or something a person can change into like a pair of new jeans is not based on science. It is a phenomenon to be sure—it’s certainly happening, but it is not rooted in evidence or reality. It is more like a contagion.

This alone should be reason not to give a person who engages in this behavior equal legal protections to engage in such behavior—any more than unicorns should not be granted federally protected species status for being unicorns.

Nothing said here is meant to disparage anyone with true gender dysphoria, as they need help and compassion to deal with what is a very painful issue. This critique is aimed at adults who are forcing young people to accept gender fluidity, falsely claiming that science backs up their radical agenda, and propagandizing the young to selfishly validate their own feelings on the matter.

Many schools have attempted a kind of balancing act by allowing students identifying as transgender to use a facility designed just for them because a full transgender bathroom ban may result in an expensive lawsuit. However, many transgender students will buck at the compromise of transgender bathrooms and insist it is not equal enough. Of course, it is.

This is in fact the very logic behind the area of federal law called Title IX, which, among other things, mandates schools that receive federal funding provide the same sports teams for women that they do for men.

In matters of employment, with all things being equal, sex is not a relevant distinction to be made, generally speaking. But when it comes to privacy and sports, there are Title IX protections because, unlike with employment, sex is a relevant distinction.

Due to differences in body structures, in general, men have a competitive advantage over women; and in the locker room and showers, society has long recognized that privacy is vital to protection. Title IX allowed women to have much-needed equality in terms of access to sports competition while still being afforded separate accommodations for reasons of privacy, safety, and fairness.

The fact that school administrations think they must accommodate biological male students who identify as transgender females by allowing them into the girls’ restrooms to infringe on the rights of female students shows how far gone the concepts of equality and discrimination have become.

This is not a slippery slope; this is an example of how policies are shoving females down the hill because a transgender person’s right to equity has trumped females’ right to privacy and safety. This is unlawful and unfair, and it really does the transgender movement no favors either.

Parents in Stillwater, Oklahoma, know this and they shouldn’t have to fight this hard for something this fundamental.

Biden Administration Tops Orwell with ‘Disinformation Governance Board’

Communism comes in various stripes.

The Soviets had their version, the Chinese have theirs—these days quaintly called “Socialism with Chinese characteristics.” The North Koreans have “Juche!” The Cambodian Khmer Rouge had theirs (thankfully short-lived) and the Cubans a pretty traditional Marxist-Leninist state with the creepy addition—they have long embedded secret police in the neighborhoods to keep an eye on everybody.

But they all have in common what they most loathe: freedom of speech.

Joining them in this abhorrence of the cornerstone of democracies is now the current U.S. administration that is about to install, through its Department of Homeland Security, a “Disinformation Governance Board.”

How Orwellian can you get!

But to call that Orwellian is both an understatement and an insult to the great George Orwell whose “Ministry of Truth” was a far more clever construction that contained the ironic overtone intended by the author.

There’s nothing ironic about the bureaucratic Biden era locution that seems thought up by the totalitarian dullards of our Deep State as a warning lest we peons get out of line and think for ourselves. It owes more to Reich Minister of Propaganda Joseph Goebbels than to the author of “Animal Farm” and “1984.”

We could also call it—using Chinese rhetoric, since it is their form of communism ours most now resembles—“Socialism with American Characteristics.”

As in China, this allows for an oligarchic class to continue to enrich itself without untoward intrusions from the lowly serfs.

That this comes from Homeland Security and its chief Alejandro Mayorkas is more than slightly ominous. Adding to the threatening intent of the initiative is his choice to lead this assault on the First Amendment, Nina Jankowicz.

Jankowicz was such an “expert” in the field of “disinformation” that she was one of those most loudly calling the Hunter Biden laptop story Russian disinformation, which makes her either an idiot or a liar. I’ll go with the latter.

She was also involved in “strategic communications” (“Deep Statish” for propaganda) in Ukraine during the days all the hanky-panky was going on with Burisma.

But it’s worse still. Via Breitbart, we learn that the “talented” Ms. Jankowicz recorded a song on YouTube with the lyrics “Who do I have to [world’s most well-known expletive deleted] to be rich, famous and powerful?”

Well, we now know the answer: the American people. Second answer: the Bill of Rights.

Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) has said he thought it was “satire” when he first heard of the “Disinformation Governance Board.” He also called it a “monstrosity.” Indeed. Kevin McCarthy awakened from his slumber to deem it—what else?—“Orwellian.” Others chimed in.

One is tempted to blame this all on Biden, but, at this point, his cognitive abilities are so far gone it’s impossible to know what he is directing or even understands. This may just as well have come from the Easter Bunny that was whispering to him during the White House egg hunt earlier this month.

Nevertheless, the immediate finger must point to Alejandro Mayorkas, who, as far as we know, is well in command of his faculties.

But just who is Mayorkas, anyway? His policies seem built to destroy the United States as we know it. Illegal aliens from all over the globe stream with impunity across our Southern border as never in our or anyone else’s history, no one having any idea how many are drug dealers, human traffickers, terrorists, or all three combined, not to mention infected with COVID, Bubonic Plague, or who knows what?

All this as drug deaths mount to record numbers and dead bodies are strewn across our benighted border towns and cities, while the only ones profiting from it all are the ruthless cartels who grow in strength and number.

Is this what Emma Lazarus meant by “Give me your tired, your poor…” from her poem on the Statue of Liberty? Hardly. Those people were coming through Ellis island legally.

Solving the immigration problem wouldn’t be all that difficult—how about shutting down the border, for starters, while increasing something called legal immigration—but Mayorkas seems immune to suggestion. Instead, he establishes a “Disinformation Governance Board” to prevent him from getting any or to besmirch any that somehow manage to get through.

Although Mayorkas left Cuba with his parents at the age of one in 1960, just after the Cuban Revolution, and attended, of all places, Beverly Hills High School (beats a reeducation camp on the Isle of Youth), I have to admit it has occurred to me that he is a Cuban intelligence agent.

Yes, it’s outlandish, it’s entirely conjecture, and I have absolutely no direct evidence. It’s probably not true, but he certainly acts as if it were.

He’s the kind of person that would assert the United States suffers from “systemic racism.” Yet how could that be when people of color are streaming into this country from all over the world? Didn’t they get the message?

That is a question that undoubtedly would not be taken up by the “Disinformation Governance Board.” But no matter. Let’s make sure they don’t get to take up any questions.

SCOTUS is set to OVERTURN Roe v Wade according to leaked draft

The Supreme Court has voted to strike down Roe v. Wade, the landmark decision that legalized abortion in the United States, a bombshell report revealed on Monday.

The news sent shock waves throughout Washington D.C. with Democrats vowing to codify the legal right to an abortion into law and Republicans demanding an investigating into the leak, claiming it was done to try and influence the high court ahead of its formal ruling.

The opinion draft - originally obtained by Politico - was written by Justice Samuel Alito, one of the six justices appointed by Republican presidents on the nine-member court, repudiating both Roe and the 1992 Planned Parenthood vs. Casey decision.

'Roe was egregiously wrong from the start,' Alito writes in the draft opinion, which was crafted in February and circulated among the court members. 'We hold that Roe and Casey must be overruled,' he continues in the document, titled 'Opinion of the Court.'

'It is time to heed the Constitution and return the issue of abortion to the people's elected representatives.'

Politico noted that this is the first such case in modern history of a Supreme Court draft decision being leaked to the public while the case was still pending.

The draft document is not final until the court formally announces its decision in a case, meaning the ruling could still be changed. Sometimes drafts are circulated by one justice in the hopes of swaying fellow judges. The court is expected to issue its final ruling before its term is up in late June or early July.

Politico executive editor Dafna Linzer sent a note to staff after the story posted, expressing confidence in the story and their verification of the draft opinion.

'After an extensive review process, we are confident of the authenticity of the draft. ... We take our responsibilities to our readers with the greatest seriousness,' she noted.

Politico posted the entire draft opinion online.

If Alito decision is adopted, it would return the issue of abortions to the states.

About half of the 50 states are set to immediately impose broad abortion bans. Any state could still legally allow the procedure.

'There are lots of signals the opinion is legit,' wrote Supreme Court attorney Neal Katyal on Twitter. 'The length and depth of analysis, would be very hard to fake. It says it is written by Alito and definitely sounds like him. It's 60+ pages long.'
