THE JUSTICE OF THE MADHOUSE

Britain seems a good place to stay away from these days. Note that the story below refers to a judgement of the Court of Appeals, not some eccentric lower court. Only an appeal to the House of Lords could reverse it. In politically correct Britain, the criminals are the victims and the innocent are punished

Two UK men, wrongly jailed for the murder of a child 18 years ago, who endured extreme abuse from inmates who believed they victimized a child, and now freed when the blunder was discovered, have been ordered by the Court of Appeals to pay the UK government $450,000 and $231,129 respectively for 18 years of room and board while in jail.
