MICE ARE CORRECT NOW

The San Francisco Chronicle reports that under an animal-protection law signed by former governor Gray Davis, it is now technically illegal to set mousetraps in California without a trapping license, "available only by paying a fee ($78.50) and passing a fairly complex test." Can rodent suffrage be far behind?
